Here at STS, we understand the importance of personal data. We make every attempt to ensure that we are not exposed, at any point, to client data. During the natural course to doing our business, it is sometimes inevitable that we will encounter personal and confidential customer data. As your trust in us is absolutely paramount, we take every precaution to ensure that any data we are exposed to remains confidential. We do hold certain customer data for an extended period, data such as name, contact, and billing information. We do not make a practice of holding any other data. In some instances, such as being in the possession of customers’s storage media, we ensure this is held under strict security. Any other data, will be held in an encrypted state and purged as soon as we are able. In many instances, typically with commercial clients, we are authorized to sign a Non Disclosure Authorization (also known as an “NDA”) with a client.
